Women will feel stress in their lives if they are dealing with work related problems they feel powerless to fix or cope with, they have personal relationships problems with their partner or child or they have financial issues because of uncontrolled debt. They will also be stressed if they are dealing with a lot of protracted loneliness and feel isolated from others or if they are experiencing health problems. They will also experience profound stress if someone close to them passes away. This is a common problem for women who find themselves widowed suddenly.

Women who are experiencing profound levels of stress can develop skin problems. They can also experience significant weight gain or weight loss which can seriously impact their health.
